Korea is really an awesome place for any living being to be in. You have nice hot kimchi soup, four seasons ( like i freakingly yearn to have, but it just wouldnt happen here in singapore ) , facinating plastic surgery skills, and most importantly many extremely hot and cool idols to worship regardless of how old you are!
Standards of education over there is high too. I believe they are one of the top in mathematics in the region or even the world. Kids there are really smart and deligent!
And i somehow know why now after seeing this!
They really have good and creative educators there.
Look at their exam papers! They have things like Gu Jun Pyo..Big Bang and Wonder Girls on their exam papers! Its so cute! And its becoming a trend!
“What does Big Bang DaeSung’s sentence mean in the following?” (Off year 1 mid years paper of A middle school) “I saw Gu Junpyo with my own eyes yesterday” (Off year 1 mid years paper of B middle school)
Basically its a conversation btwn big bang members 1-yongbae(taeyang i think), 2-jiyeung(G-dragon),3-TOP, 4-seungri. 5-daesung i really cannot translate the question, out of my ability! but you can see the student scribbling some ft.island words below!
Some male teachers even uses their favourite snsd member names or other female celebrities when they set test papers!
Seriously, i think its kind of fun using idols' names! It really makes the student feel more excited and motivated to do the test!
Teachers here in singapore are just...boring and thinks this whole celebrity worshipping is crap. Even my mom thinks its fine. These teachers just needs to modernise a lil bit more and understand what the hell is the likings of students and use it to make education more fun, like teachers in korea.
Its like teachers can use super junior to teach sets in math. Like how the sj sub-groups can intersect each other and everything! wouldnt it make lessons more fun and interesting?
i think i will understand that example more easily and if it comes out for exams, i can finish that question within 3 seconds and go on to explain what the sub-group specialises in, and which songs of each group i love the most.
and will that ever happen??....hhhmmmmmmmmmmmmm..........
