The Brown Eyed Girls are leaving their mark not only on the music industry, but also in the hearts of male celebrities. BEG member Narsha revealed on “Flower Boy Po Cha” that she had been approached and asked out by no less than FIVE male celebrities.

She stated that she had a boyfriend up until her debut, but was dumped by him soon after. As word got around that she was back on the market, she became the object of many male celebrities’ affection. Interestingly enough, Narsha stated that although many had approached her, she was not interested in a single one- and therefore declined to date them. The other BEG members then chimed in, admitting that in actuality- all of the members had been approached by male celebrities at one point or another.

FT Island feels burdened to be labeled as “idols”.

The band revealed how they feel about being labeled as “idols” on MBC “Music Travel LaLaLa” that was aired earlier on 2nd September.

“Because of this title, we have to work even harder,” FT Island voiced their concerns, “People will have preconceptions about us.” They also mentioned that, “There’s no time to rest and we’re also short of time.”

MC Kim Changwan advised the members, “Just be shaggy and go on schedules in your training clothes will do.” Lee Hongki laughed, “I do that actually.”

FT Island also mentioned that, “As we get older in future, we want to be called musicians.”

The band also performed a remake version of Yoo Jae Ha’s “Because I Love You” on the show.

On the 1st epsidoe of KBS drama channel "Human network - Super Junior's miracle" which will be aired at 8.00PM on September 5th, Super Junior's members will have to take a quiz called "Idol of general knowledge - Umbrella quiz" to test their quality to be the MCs. The member who is ranked #1 will be receive "Idol of general knowledge" award and the one who is ranked at last will be called "bomb-shell idol".

"Umbrella quiz" contains questions about present events, history and common knowledge. On that day, Kangin who even got the difficult question right was ranked #1 and honored as "Idol of general knowledge", after that he said to the other members "You guys dont read newspaper, do you ? I'm a person like that ! (a person who read newspaper)". On the other side, Leeteuk who couldnt even get a answer right until the end was called "bomb-shell idol" and got a banter "That person is our leader" from the other members.

Also, when MC Park Kyunglim and singer Lee Sooyoung asked Leeteuk "Who is your life's mentor/adviser ?", he had said without hesitance that person is Lee Sooman. Leeteuk said "He is the person who help me achieve my dream being a singer, help me realize the meaning of the family" and "I thank him for helping me not to quit my dream in the hard times". The other members Kangin, Eunhyuk, Sungmin, Shindong after being surprised because of Leeteuk's sudden action also made a heart-shape with their hands and said they love him (LSM) too which made everybody laughing.

Girlgroup 4Minute breaks the ‘GDragon syndrome’ by take him off the #1 on illegal music download chart for the 1st week of September.

MusicSave (musicsave.co.kr), in charge of monitoring illegal music sites, revealed that 4Minute’s ‘Muzik’ has take up about 20.6% of illegal music file downloads for the week.


This is the 2nd time that 4Minute is #1 on illegal music download chart after coming back with their 1st minialbum. There was some setbacks for the group with their 1st minialbum – first the album was leaked out on 28th August before the official release date, and then the song ‘Won’t Give You’ was ruled inappropriate for broadcast. But the album is doing very well as a whole, moving up fast on various music charts.

And GDragon has ruled the chart for illegal music download for 2 weeks with his solo debut song ‘Heartbreaker’.

Besides that, group Jewelry is also doing up strong on the chart with the song ‘Strong Girl’ off their 6th comeback album ‘Sophiscated’ released 1 year snd 6 months after their previous album. They are also making a hit with their ‘ Salrang Salrang dance’.

In 2005, where Jaebum was still a trainee of JYPE, he wrote:"Korea is gay" and "I don't like Koreans" and "I want to go back to the US"

He also wrote: "Koreans aren't normal, they think that my low-level rapping is great, they're really stupid". He debuted in 2007, but apparently he didn't
like his clothes style and wrote: "This is like my gay version"

He also cursed badly cursed Rain, who ended his contract with JYP.

2PM Park Jaebum issues public apology ‘I’m really sorry and embarrassed’

2PM’s Park Jaebum has made an official apology over the comments made about Korea.
Jaebum posted on American social networking site in 2005 & 2007 saying ‘I want to go back to America’ ‘I hate Korea’, after such insulting comments have been found, he has received a lot of criticism.

Park Jaebum has confessed to posting such things at 12:13PM and posted at his fancafe with the title ‘Park Jaebum’s apology’, trying to express this apology through the post.

Jaebum said “I would like to apologize for the things I posted on myspace a few years ago. Sorry’ ‘and ‘I returned to Korea in Jan 05 when I was a high school student. Being born and bred in America, I had hardly any understanding of Korea, and when I first came to Korea, I couldn’t speak the language, couldn’t adapt to the food, and didn’t know and didn’t understand Korean culture’ ‘My family was all in America and when I came to Korea it seemed like everyone was being cold to me. I had no idea when I would debut and I was really lonely. It was a really difficult and lonely period for me due to various reasons. I missed home, felt like giving up and wanted to go back to my family in America.”explaining the reasons behind his posts.

Jaebum has issued a sincere apology saying ‘I posted such things because I really hated how I was living then and got really worked up. I was really young then and didn’t express myself well’ ‘I was young, didn’t have enough sense and because it was a difficult period, and I made these mistakes due to the situations I was facing at that point in time. I posted those words 4 years ago and I have completely changed since then. I will try not to make such mistakes in future’.

My family was all in America and when I came to Korea it seemed like everyone was being cold to me. I had no idea when I would debut and I was really lonely. It was a really difficult and lonely period for me due to various reasons. I missed home, felt like giving up and wanted to go back to my family in America.
I posted such things because I really hated how I was living then and got really worked up. I was really young then and didn’t express myself well’ ‘I was young, didn’t have enough sense and because it was a difficult period, and I made these mistakes due to the situations I was facing at that point in time.

And as time passed I forgot that I had ever posted such things. Looking back, I’m really sorry and embarrassed for writing such things. I have since adapted to Korea and completely changed my mind set. I’m thankful for all everything I went through so that I could perform on stage. I posted those words 4 years ago and I have completely changed since then.
